With Webvisum, you don't need to hear the audio. It captures the text and places it on your clipboard so you can paste it into the edit field. I've been signed up with EBay for many years, so haven't had the need to use Webvisum with EBay. But, I have used it, very successfully, with other sites. I can never understand the audio verifications and that is one of the largest barriers to my web navigation nowadays. Hopefully someone can assist.
