Rather than drag, use cut/copy and paste.  Control+x to Cut, Control+c
to Copy and Control+v to Paste.
Cut and Paste is effectively a drag and drop

Hi everyone I have an mp3 player.I can hieghlight items but I can not
drag item. How do I drag items using jaws?
