drag and drop with jfw9

Hello,
I did drag and drop a while back with a previous version of jfw,
can't remember the version. I've got a situation where i have to do it
again, i have to take some .eml files exported from a previous version of an
email client and bring them in to outlook. The suggestion was dragging and
dropping the files. Is this doable?
