Hello, Perhaps your letterhead is an object, and not visible to JAWS? I found this command in the Insert-H help list: Convert all drawing layer objects to text layer objects Alt+Control+Shift+C Also you might want to check your verbosity settings to see if you are able to detect borders. I'm just guessing on that one. I think the problem here is that you need to find a way to detect the end, or the outside of the letterhead object, so you can place your cursor at that point before pasting. With sighted help I knew it went to the bottom.
