Hi Troy, I think that they are talking about after you download the update
then turning off speech by removing your old version of JAWS. At that point
doing a clean install.

Hi all. I read all these messages about where doing a clean install of the
update will fix problems, but my question is, how do you have speach to get
to the fs website to do so? I find that doing a clean install won't provide
you with speach to get to the site to download the update.
