cutting off all those addresses in forwards.

Hi list,
I am having a senior moment here. How do I cut off all those addresses in a
forward before I send it on. Some folks refuse to use the BCC field, and
those darn addresses get in the way of reading the message. I have forgotten
how to cut them off. Thanks for your help. Running X P pro and jaws 7.
