creat my own dictionary.

Good afternoon folks:
am wondering that how could i creat my dictionary of JAWS for
pronounciation purposes, actually, i'd like to make some ajustment's
of JAWS capitalization feature, when JAWS pronounce an capital
letter, it's spoken with HIGHER pich, and i'd like to change it to
spoken:
JAWS, caps J , caps A caps W, and caps S.
what is the possibility of doing that?
i think that's much more better than higher pich which spoken with an
capital letter's such as beginning of word's, sentence's, and phrases.
TALKS spoken caps without higher of speech!.
any suggest, that would be appreciated!!.
