Re: copying in tables

If you're speaking of MS word, try this

1. While in the table, in the column you want to select, go to tables on 
the menubar (alt-a)
2. arrow to the select submenu and open it
3. arrow to column and hit enter. The column is now selected.
4. Press control-c to copy the data.
5. Move the cursor to where you want the column, and paste it (control-v).
