ok in the mean time, try my say all suggestion that is change say all to
line without pauses and see what happens.

Hmm, Try changing the type of say all that is if you have say all set
by
centence then change it to line without pauses.
Also, I presume you are using software speech? Do you have a hardware
synthesizer to test?
