colums and rows with MS Word

Hi to the list,
Is there a key stroke in MS Word or JAWS that would tell me what row and/or
colum I am on? I'm trying to set tabs and I want to make sure I am going to
have enough space between tabs. I'm using MS Word XP and JAWS 5.0844. Thanks
