You'd think so, but not with my synthesizer. I had to add a separate entry for 
the word "eh" to make it sound Canadian. You know what I mean, eh? (I write 
this with affection for Canada and its people.)

You can also use the 2-letter combination, "eh," which will pronounce the first 
letter of the alphabet correctly.

I know exactly what you're talking about. Because the letter "a' is also an 
indefinite article, JAWS will not pronounce it as we do uppercase "A." My 
solution is to write the four letters eigh, as in the word "sleigh," in the 
replacement field of the JAWS dictionary. I hope this works for you.
