changing pronunciation in dictionary

I was wondering if anything changed in Jaws 11 or 12 regarding the way pronunciation is entered in the dictionary. I have been using Jaws 10 but have a disc of Jaws 11 sitting on my desk, haven't quite got the motivation yet to switch over. It would be a lot nicer if you could simply indicate which syllable should be accented, or to pick through a list of possible vowel sounds. Did anything like this to make customizing pronunciation more user friendly happen in Jaws 11 or 12?

I've tried capitalizing the first letter of a syllable or putting word breaks to get Jaws to accent a certain syllable, but find it only works some of the time, or comes out awkwardly.

Seems like they should just allow you to enter each syllable and let you mark which is accented, as in a regular dictionary.
