Jim,
I have an "older" version of Nero and it's great. I think you can still get it
from the web, but if not, and if you have a valid license for any later copy of
Nero, then contact them directly, explain your issues with access, and ask them
for a copy. Here's the filename of the version I use:
Nero-6.6.1.15a.exe
