can not remove Jaws version 6.20

Hi all,
I use winxp pro with Jaws 7.10, 7.0 and version 6.20.
I wished to uninstall Jaws 6.20 but can not do it.
Not from the add/remove programs in the control panel and not under
programs/tools/uninstall or installation maintenance. I get instead this
error message:
JAWS
An installation support file
'C:\DOCUME~1\moty\LOCALS~1\Temp\{068978cc-8f9a-4e0c-a3fa-66c8c4801d7b}\ECI.DLL'graphic
715 could not be installed.
Access is denied.
OK
I sure tried to reinstall Jaws 6.20 and then tried to totally remove it, but
without success.
Any help please, is much appreciated.
