can not open win live messenger

Hi friends,
I'm using xp pro with all the updates with Jaws 8 and 7.
My question:
I'm using windows messenger and it works for me properly.
I am using also win live messenger and can not sign in to this program, for
some days.
I get this error:
[Error number: 0x80072EE2]
What should I do to solve this problem?
I have there troubleshooting and repair button but, nothing.
