auto read CC and to fields

In version 8 there was a verbosity setting for automatically reading the
to, CC and Bcc fields.
Can anyone find it in the latest versions of Jaws?
To make a long story short, it worked in the first few bills of jaws, but
not since 2152 or 2169.
If someone can find it. Please let me know.
Yes, I have outlook 2002 set for automatically fill in said fields.
