agenda2005 download link?

When I go to the jfwlite web page and the programs link then try to download
the agenda2005, I get a message that will not let me download the file or
lprogram to my computer. It will not show the message "save as: when trying
to download the file. Do others experience the same thing, and can this
link be fixed?
