have you tried turning off,
clickable mouse over view,
in default, configuration?
in html, setting,
control tab to miscellaneous,
and uncheck
 Indicate Element Attribute

then, when in the junk folder,

check the boxes of the email you want to move,

then go to the top, of page

do a find

control f,

type in not, and you should land on the graphic not junk mail,, graphic,

and should be able to press enter and be, taken to

the not junk email page to move the email to the in box

Subject: accessing the "not junk" option in Hotmail

Hello,

I am attempting to mark messages in my Junk folder and tell Hotmail that
these are Not Junk messages. I am able to select the e-mails, however the
Not Junk button is not a traditional link, rather JAWS reports it as
follows: "clickable on mouseover graphic not junk mail not junk." I've
tried hitting the spacebar and the Enter key while on the button. I've
also gone into JAWS cursor mode, found the Not Junk button that way and
performed a left-click on the JAWS pad. None of these seem to work. I am
using the latest version of JAWS.

Can anyone help?

Thanks,
Jennison
