Hellow,
As in any menu, the alt key fets you up there. Following though, are some
keystrokes for you to remember to make it a bit easier:
Alt+h – home.
Alt+n – insert.
Alt+o – format.
There are also other keystrokes for specific office applications, so feel free
to ask if you need any more information.
