about my problem

Hi there:
I open Outlook express, and it starts off find, then it says errors have
occured, also when I go into some of the websites, I click on a link, and it
makes a noise, I can't go into that link, I think its pop up blocker, or
spam blocker, can somone tell me what it is, thanks for the advice you gave
me.
