a strange bug with say all

HI all
I don't have the full serial code with me as I need help with jaws at work
and I'm now at home, but the serial code ends with the figures 23 and its
jaws8.
This, strange enough, only happens in Microsoft word , I'm using office 2003
btw. Whenever I select say all by sentence in the config manager and I
press insert+down arrow within a document, jaws will read a sentence and
then stop say all completely, it won't read through to the end.
I haven't tried say all by paragraph, but I prefer it to read it either in
sentence mode or line without pauses. Regardless of setting it on say all by
line with or without pauses, it will have a pause after reading each line.
It will not stop the say all after the first sentence as is the case with
sentence mode, but it will read the lines with pauses even if I set it on
lines without pauses, I even deleted the config file for Microsoft word so
that jaws will create a new one but still I am having the same problem with
sentence and line modes in say all.
