Hi Kerri.
Well, to be honest with you, until you've got the Braille display working,
Bluetooth or no Bluetooth, it isn't going to work. I suggest using the USB
cable while installing the drivers and setting up the display, Bluetooth is
something you can sort out afterwards.

Probably the easiest thing to do would be to unload the driver using
add/remove programs in XP or Programs and features in vista/windows 7,
restart the machine with the Braille display switched off then redownload
and reinstall the Braille driver from www.freedomscientific.com.

Hello, I have a Focus 40 and I just set it up for blue tooth. Every time

turn on the computer and turn on the focus, I get a jfw error that says
"cannot load Braille driver" and I have to restart Jaws. Any help would
