XP List

Is there a Windows XP list for blind folks to join who have questions
pertaining to
the OS?
Or a list geared toward Windows operating systems, in general? Maybe if there
is and
folks could join it, these kinds of questions could be asked there. I haven't
found
one in my searches, but the email lists are so extensive, that doesn't mean
much.
