Try hitting Escape. It should then use the default user profile. Hopefully 
that's the one they are using.

Then use Ctrl-Alt-J to hopefully launch JAWS. Then set it up to load at 
startup.

What does one do if there is actually no password? the probelm this gal
has is she gets a log in screen but says she cannot tab to where she can
logini an go to the desktop?
