Yes I can duplicate this problem. I had to switch to Outlook 2007 for my mailing needs, but I realize not all of us can afford or choose not to afford it. -----Original Message----- From: jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx [mailto:jfw-bounce@xxxxxxxxxxxxx] On Behalf Of Peter Tighe Sent: 26 October 2009 2:00 AM To: jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxx Subject: Windows live mail I have found that using Jaws version 11, I cannot read an HTML email message in windows live mail. When I open the message, it reads automatically in say-all, but when I stop reading by pressing control it will not read using the arrow keys. It is as if Jaws does not view it as a window using the virtual cursor. The only way I can get it to read, is to set windows live mail to read all messages in plain text. The aggravating thing is that it worked in version 10. If any of you can confirm this problem, I hope there is someone on the list with the connections to contact the developers or the beta list. I think this will be very important for Window 7 users.
