No I mean were it was as if you were stuck on a folder when moving through the folder tree. You had to press the up and down arrow keys many times to get anywhere. I've discovered though that the glitch of having to go in to forms mode on a message is still present, but I think it is only when replying rather than writing a new message. The probelm I've raised with FS before about JAWS 10 refusing to read emails after replying to one though seems to still be present as well. You mean like when you arrow from one folder to another, and you get to a folder where there are messages in that folder, you get pulled in to the message list whether you want to be there or not? If there's a way to solve that, how? Thanks. I'm pleased to see that the folder tree problems we've had with JAWS previously seems to be fixed. Haven't had a look at anything else yet. It wasn't easy to find on the net, but I was half asleep at the time. Peter
