If you maximise messenger main window, then use the jaws curser, and
left-click on the pending requests icon it opens a windows with a web page
layout, and you can check the radio buttons on the page to accept or decline
the requests.

Hi Addison, I'm not sure about this either, but the only way to really find out
what it was was to tab over to the info bar, then press space or enter, can't
remember which, to open Internet Explorer, which in turns open the page that
allows you to accept or ignore requests, etc. I can't get it to work either,
but I did sort of try this out and I got so far then it said "network error",
bla bla bla. Anyway hope that helps.
