The program I personally use is called CDRWIN, from www.goldenhawk.com. It 
works very well without scripts of any kind, but Debbie Scales has written 
some excellent scripts that read a few more things like recording status 
and so on. OTher people use NEro and swear by it. There is also a new 
program that's just come out that touts itself as being made especially 
for the blind and thus accessible.
