The only draw back if you're using google voice is in firefox, jaws updates
the length of the call all the time and drowns out anything else you want to
do. Generally, I find google voice works better in IE, but yes, Gmail is a
very good choice as a webbased e-mail.

I am as well at work. GMail works well in IE. It just doesn't have
the bells and whistles that Firefox does.
