I almost never use it, but I believe you can use Windows-Tab. From
there, you can tab among several windows, including Taskbar and Desktop.
However, it doesn't work on the Dell here at my office. The IT guys may
have turned it off, which is okay with me.

The quickest way to get to the volume control was suggested earlier. Go
to the System tray, and open it. You probably want to adjust either the
master volume, or the WAVE volume, which controls JFW, along with
several other things. Just play around with it, and see what you like.

Also, don't discount the possibility of that external volume control; so
many machines now have it.

Hi Ted,

Is there a way to access the taskbar with a? It's been quite a while
since
I've used jaws, so there's a little bit of a learning curve. I did
successfully install the training materials though.
