I'd uninstall JAWS with all shared components removed, then reinstall.

I booted up my computer a few minutes ago and began to have problems with
internet explorer. I realized the virtual cursor is not turning on. I

uninstalled and reinstalled JAWS 10, switched to JAWS 9, tried Firefox,

without success. Any suggestions as to why I can not get the virtual
cursor
to work?
