I can not assist with this product specifically, but Freedom does offer a 30
money day back guarantee when purchasing Remote Access.
Of course this means you need to be sure you have the next 30 days to work
on getting it working and have to put out the money first.

I'm working right now at the IT help desk for the city I'm living in. They
use VNC server Win32 4.0 for remote access. I was hoping it would work with
JFW, but I don't want to spend the money for JFW remote if it don't.
