Hi, To uninstall your previous version:
1. Go to Start, Control Panel, Add/Remove programs.
2. Look for the previous version of JAWS you want to uninstall.
3. Press Tab untill you heard the Remove button.
4. Press enter key or your space bar.
5. The installation wizard will begin. Please follow the instructions
provided.

Hi,
I recently installed a newer version of Jaws, and I wanted to know how to
uninstall the older one? I tried to go into Programs and uninstall there,
and I know I had the right one selected, but it did not uninstall the
program. It's still in the list of programs and also in the Control Panel's
list.
