RE: Track changes in Word

Those are 2 different types of changes, not a difference in the way jaws
announces them.

strike-through is deleted text, and the other is obviously inserted
text.

If you don't want to hear the changes at all, you just want to see the
document as it ends up, you can change the tracked changes view to final
without markup.
