I'll try that. High Criteria says that the user mode driver doesn't work under
Vista or 7, so I didn't install it. I can record without getting Jaws with both
the user mode and the kernel virtual drivers in XP. Only the filter driver
doesn't work with Jaws in XP.

Hi, Dave. You can use Total Recorder with Windows 7. In order for you to use
the exclusions option to exclude JAWS, the sound driver called User Mode Driver
must be installed in place of the Curnel Driver. The Curnel Driver doesn't
allow exclusions. Could this be the problem?

  Thank you.

Is there any way to use Total Recorder with JFW in Windows 7? In XP, Total
Recorder records whatever you want without recording Jaws. But in Windows 7, I
can't make a recording without also recording Jaws. If there's no way to use
Total Recorder, is there another program I can use?
