Thanks for replying. I don't remember the person's
video card name. Maybe we need to update the driver,
if available. When we tried text selection with
Narrator, everything worked fine. Really strange!
Maybe Jaws 4, 4.5, or 5.10 is having problems with the
video card driver. I'll further investigate.
