Hi Dave,

Thanks for your response.  I created the entire document in Word, so don't know 
why any of the fonts should be inaccessible... my business partnr did mention 
to me that she's had experiences where Word changes fonts midstream for no 
particular reason now and then, so I suppose it's a possibility.    I'm pretty 
baffled.

Thanks for the brainstorm... I may just uninstall and reinstall it today, and 
see if that makes a difference.
