Hi, do the following.
Highlight the file, and press alt enter for properties.
press, control plus tab to move to the compatibility tab then press space to check the box.
press tab and arrow down to windows 98/windows ME.
Press tab until you get to the ok button and then space to accept the changes.
try installing the file again and you should get no problems.

Subject: Spybot installation problems.

Hi List,

I am using Jaws 8 & am running XP Media Center. When attempting to install
Spybot 1.4 I get to the second screen where I am instructed to close all
running applications. When I press Enter on Next to continue the
installation, the installation ends and I find myself back at the desktop.
This has happened several times. Is there some sort of trick needed to get
Spybot installed?

Thanks,

Boris
