It brings up the options dialog box from where you can decide what type of
recovery you want to perform... Any other questions ask off list... Don't
want to bug the list...

I had a virus and had to do a recovery and the laptop had a system recovery
already installed. Guess this is what you are asking for advice for your
friend. Anyway, whomever performs this action will need sighted help. After
turning on the computer at the VAIO screen hit F10. It can be tricky but keep
hitting F10 as soon as the computer shows the VAIO screen. A dialog box will
appear and just follow the steps. Like I said, jaws won't be active so you'll
need sighted help. Hope this helps your friend.

      Hello!

My friend bought a Sony Bio Laptop and suddenly she did not backup her
drivers. After she re-install Windows, her sound cards, video cards, and LAN
cards wont work. May I ask you since you are using Sony Bio laptop, how can I
optain a copy of her Sony Bio laptop drivers?

      Any help would be appreciated.

      Thanks in advance.

Does anyone have trouble reading VAIO screens? I've emailed everyone
and I can't get an answer. Guess this question is for anyone with a Sony
computer. JAWS doesn't read any of the VAIO screens. Am I the only jaws user
using Sony?

          Thanks!
