Skypewatch and Vista?

Hello!
I am writing you now because I have a question about Skype 4.2 and Vista both
HOme Basic and Home premium. My friend and I have both been trying to install
SkypeWatch on our Vista laptop computers with no success. Yes, the programs
look like they are installing properly; however, when we turn on Skype, we find
that Skype doesn't tell us when others have signed in or gone offline. Since
it happened to both of us on the same kind of computer, do you think it has to
do with SkypeWatch and Vista together?
