Similar Problem with JFW and Outlook Express

When composing a message in Outlook Express, I can use control left and
right arrow and hear words, but cannot hear anything when using say all or
arrowing up and down or left or right. Any suggestions would be
appreciated. I am using a laptop and have no problems like this with any
other programs.
