Setting up Juno dial-up access numbers with jaws

Wondered have any of you successfully set up the access numbers needed in
order to dial and access the Juno service with a modem?
I'm trying to set it up so have it only as a backup with my cable service
goes down.
So if have any suggestions, ideas or thoughts let me know as it will be
greatly appreciated.
