Serious Notetab problem

Hi all,
Sorry for the cross posting, but I'd like as many people as possible to
help me troubleshoot the following please? This is concerning Notetab
Lite and JAWS 8.0.423 demo. Whenever I try to do an action, such as
opening a file, I get an access violation message and this either
repeats itself several times before Notetab terminates, or is only shown
once then terminates. What can I do to solve this? I can hardly use the
programme now because of this serious problem. Thanks in advance, and I
look forward to hearing from you.
