hi. in short, no. Pay pal does offer a link for screenreader users
to download an audio representation of the code, but since the code
is a graphic, and a fuzzy picture of the graphic at that, JAWS or any
other screenreader doesn't have a snowball's chance in hell of being
able to read it.
This is getting to be a real issue and someone needs to find a better system.
