Right click may crash

Hi all,
In Rational Rose, when the active diagram is a sequence diagram, if I
try to select a message and hit the <app>, (or <context>), key to open
its context menu, Rose simply crashes and prints the usual "Application
error" dialog box.
The result is the same when I try to place the jaws cursor on a message
and press <numpad*> to right click on it.
Other colleagues who don't need jaws don't have this problem. Did anyone
experience it also?
I tried this with jaws 6.20, 7.0, 9, 10 and even 11.0.734, (the one I'm
using right now).
