Absolutly report them and in fact keep reporting any problems. Also report
any bugs that occur in version 7.0 and remain in 7.1. All bugs should be
reported no matter what

I notice there are still several problems not fixed yet. Should I
report them again or not?
The problems were not in bersion 7.
