Ann,Go to the Freedom Scientific web site and to the FSCasts link. If you haven't done so, listen to the September 2008 FSCast where Eric Damery and Jonathan Mosen are communicating from Florida to New Zealand and demonstrating the Tandem feature.
Once you learn Skype, the biggest problem would be getting it set up on a student's computer and teaching the student how to use it in preparation for the training you want to do. I can see this working for advanced training, but not for the basics.

The organization where I teach would like to find a way to avoid travling to inaccessible places in order to instruct students with JAWS. Using JAWS tandem requires an open phone call for the two-hour teaching session, which would be very expensive overall. Is there a way to communicate long-distance in order to instruct students in Office 2003 with JAWS?Thanks. -- JFW related links: JFW homepage: http://www.freedomscientific.com/Scripting mailing list: http://lists.the-jdh.com/listinfo.cgi/scriptography-the-jdh.comJFW List instructions: To post a message to the list, send it to jfw@xxxxxxxxxxxxxTo unsubscribe from this mailing list, send a message to jfw-request@xxxxxxxxxxxxx with the word unsubscribe in the subject line.Archives located at: //www.freelists.org/archives/jfwAlternative archives located at: http://n2.nabble.com/JAWS-for-Windows-f2145279.htmlIf you have any concerns about the list, post received from the list, or the way the list is being run, do not post them to the list.
