Remote access issue

Hey guys,
Having a bit of an issue with remote access.
Here's the problem.
The issue is being at the local server.
When I start the server, jaws does not talk locally.
This presents a huge problem for me cause I have no idea when the login
screen is present.
I do have jaws checked to start first, as well as run from the system
tray.
Any ideas or solutions?
