Real Player Music Store problem

Hi,
I am using Jaws 9, and IE 7.
I have been trying to buy some music at the Real Player Music Store.
When I go to the link to make a purchase, a dialog box comes up asking me to
enable the music store.
I can not get the enable link to work.
If I bring up the Jaws cursor, it can not find any button.
If, I try to use the enable with alt+N nothing happens.
If I bring up the links list, nothing works there either.
Very frustrating.
If, anyone has an answer, please let me know.
