Adam,
thanks so very much for your help. The column width was the problem. If 
anyone has trouble reading the file paths in Win Explorer, I think this is 
the method that will certainly solve the issue.

Fran, in Windows XP after selecting Details, go back to View menu and select
Choose Details. Tab to Width of selected column (in pixels) and type 400 or
500, then hit Enter. Check your path to see if it's long enough. You can
repeat this procedure until you're satisfied. If you are not using XP, you
would have to use your Jaws cursor (Mouse pointer) to extend the column bar
to the right.
